Terri-Lynn actively enables her clients to find novel ways to improve their quality of life and move towards new possibilities and potentials. Terri-Lynn is a registered psychotherapist who has been working in the community since 2000. She provides individual counselling to those over the age of 16 who are looking for hope, support and growth. With a background in addictions, trauma, abuse, mood disorders, grief and other areas of mental health, Terri-Lynn believes that everyone deserves the right to be heard and that change, growth and hope are always possible.

Terri-Lynn holds a Master’s Degree in Education Counselling Psychology and is a Registered
Psychotherapist (RP). She has worked for a variety of community mental health organizations providing psychotherapy to a wide range of clients of varying backgrounds, ages and cultures. Terri-Lynn uses several different counselling approaches, including EMDR, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), narrative and strength-based therapy models and is skilled in teaching her clients to use mindfulness and meditation to assist with pain reduction and emotion regulation.
