Erin has worked in career and learning development for much of her career and provides therapy to clients who are struggling with their learning, as a result of their mental health or personal struggles. Erin’s work is to identify strengths, support learning skill delevelpment, and create strategies to aid in academic support. Erin’s therapeutic focus includes exploring academic confidence, mindset, metacognition, motivation, managing academic challenges or setbacks, procrastination, concentration, time management, organization, the impact of personal stressors on learning, imposter syndrome, and developing effective learning strategies (such as note-taking, reading strategies, studying, and test writing.)
